Craddock Diet Clinic offers a complete diet program that not only helps you to lose the weight you need to lose for appearance and good health, but also trains you to maintain that perfect weight with proper diet and exercise. Each physician is board certified in internal medicine and has a thriving practive at Craddock Health Center.

There are no prepackaged meals... Simply follow a set guideline for the amount of calories and fat to eat each day. To make this easy, we provide you with a food diary to log your calories in each day. We also provide a calorie reference book that even includes most of the local restaurants.

Exercise is not strenuous... A brisk walk or housework will do.

Weigh in as often as you like... to monitor your progress and have your blood pressure checked.

Check in to see your Diet Care Physician once a month... to check your progress and health status and renew your appetite suppressant.

To get started... Simply call (256) 245-0123 and schedule an appointment.

On your first visit... Your diet care physician will perform lab tests, an E.K.G. and a general physical exam to determine your health status and give you your medication, calorie and fat counter, and diary. He will determine what calorie and fat intake is right for you and answer any questions you may have.
